Kolkata hotels spread Poila Baisakh cheers

Hotels in Kolkata are celebrating Poila Baisakh, Bengali New Year by introducing mouth watering delicacies at their outlets. Hotel brands like Hindustan International, The Lalit Great Eastern, 6 Ballygunge Place and ITC Fortune Select Loudon have introduced a wide variety of Bengali delicacies in their menu.

Commenting on the same, Chef Madhumita Mohanta, Executive Chef, The Lalit Great Eastern, said, "No celebration is complete without food. Keeping this in mind, we have created a buffet that comprises dishes, which by their taste and smell, will remind people of everything Bengali.”
