Known for its unique flavors while keeping its memorable taste intact over the years, Copper Chimney offers food lovers contemporary Indian cuisine with its own signature touch. Over the past 47 years, Copper Chimney has provided its customers, Indian food with zero compromises in taste, flavor and quality across all its 20 locations.

The iconic brand was established in 1972 by JK Kapur, with the flagship outlet in Worli, which was inaugurated by legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar himself.

Copper Chimney has built a worldwide fan following and is most loved for its unique flavors and signature dishes of the brand.

Copper Chimney introduces a completely new look to the flagship outlet and a new menu featuring many of the original dishes from its first menu in 1972. From the original 1972 menu, you will find signature dishes making a comeback after many years, the Kabuli Naan, Mushroom Kheema, Bagani Bahar, Fish Begum Bahar, amongst others will now be available only at the flagship Worli restaurant.

In addition to the slow-cooked Dals, the expertly spiced, freshly cooked curries are a specialty at Copper Chimney; right from the signature Paneer Masala and Benaras Malai Kofta, to the 21-spice blend Rogan Josh, and Murg Makhani.

Copper Chimney is entering Delhi-NCR by opening its first restaurant in the region at CyberHub, Gurgaon.

The first Copper Chimney took birth in the city of dreams in 1972 and has been pioneering Indian cuisine with warm hospitality and unique dishes and flavours ever since.

From its inception, the brand has been serving secret recipes that Mr. JK Kapur created in the years after he migrated to Bombay, during the partition of India.

“Mr JK Kapur’s passion for zero compromise in food quality and ingredients has fuelled our passion at Copper Chimney over nearly five decades and continues to inspire us to remain the leader in Indian cuisine. With 22 outlets spread across India, the Middle East and the UK, we are extremely excited to open our newest Copper Chimney in CyberHub with bullish expansion plans to add 50 more outlets across the globe,” shared Reetesh Shukla, General Manager.

The new outlet welcomes you with the familiar chime of copper bells, elevated by contemporary interiors.

The signature Copper Chimney “copper bells” are featured as an integral part of the design of Copper Chimney’s across the world, and are sourced from an NGO working with local women artisans to empower them and improve their livelihoods.

The brand is also launching a cloud kitchen in Gurugram for a seamless delivery experience, bringing these delectable flavours straight to your doorstep.

The menu at the CyberHub outlet includes Copper Chimney’s original dishes from its first menu in 1972, such as the Ab-e-Hayat, a subtly flavoured and unique light vegetable and coconut water soup, Kadak Roomali, a paper-thin bread roasted on an inverted tawa and topped with your choice of masalas, the melt-in-mouth Paneer Tikka, the house special Grilled Burrah Chops, marinated for over 8 hours with a delicious hint of cinnamon, the unmatched and cult-favourite Chelo Kabab, served on a fragrant bed of buttered basmati rice, and the delectable Rogan Josh, slow-cooked with as many as 21 spices in a special Kashmiri chilli spice-infused oil.

Copper Chimney’s opened one of the biggest restaurant at Juhu, Mumbai.

The new Copper Chimney is in one of Juhu’s most premium locales and is spread across four floors for groups, families and friends to celebrate and enjoy top quality Indian food.

JK Kapur opened the first Copper Chimney in 1972 in Mumbai, serving secret recipes he created in the years after he migrated to Mumbai, having left everything behind during the partition of India.

Inaugurated by the legendary actor, the late Dilip Kumar, the first branch had India’s first open show kitchen, and was helmed by Tari, first female ustad, where she dished out some of the most memorable tandoori and roomali rotis to guests.

49 years later, the same original Copper Chimney signature recipes, inspired from across undivided North India, are served using hand-picked spices sourced from select farms, kababs marinated over 8 hours, slow-cooked dals and curries that are cooked fresh for each order.

The restaurant is also open for delivery and takeaway.

Following the successful launch of its outlet in BKC, Copper Chimney has now come up with another outlet in Mumbai at Bandra West. The new outlet is located at Turner Road.
