HyLo Taproom by Igloo has opened its third outlet at International Business Park, Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon, strengthening its presence in one of Mumbai's fastest-growing commercial and culinary hubs. The 120-seater taproom is designed to cater to everything from business lunches and after-work drinks to leisurely dinners, serving the neighbourhood's growing corporate and creative community.
Built around HyLo's signature Hyper Local philosophy, the restaurant goes beyond locally sourced ingredients to showcase India's diverse culinary heritage. The menu highlights regional recipes, indigenous produce and rare GI-tagged ingredients, bringing lesser-known Indian flavours into a contemporary taproom setting.
Curated by Chef Mrigank Singh, Culinary Director at All In Hospitality, and Chef Swati Harsha, Brand Chef at HyLo, the menu features signature dishes such as Aam aur Mircha Wings, Curried Dogs, Smash Sliders, along with regional small plates and mains that celebrate authentic Indian flavours without unnecessary reinvention.
The beverage programme is anchored by Igloo's award-winning craft beers, including Konkan Rice Lager, Wit & Wisdom, and Mumbai Daze, complemented by rotating seasonal brews and tasting flights that encourage guests to explore diverse beer styles.
A standout feature of the Goregaon outlet is its Hylogenized Cocktails crafted using a professional homogenizer that creates exceptionally smooth textures, stable foams and layered flavours. Signature creations include Tiger Tiger, Forbidden Fruit, customizable HyLo Sours, and Aarey Tribal Story, each showcasing Indian ingredients through modern mixology.
Designed by Caleo Architects & Designers, the new space introduces a bold visual identity with rich red hues, brushed stainless steel accents and ambient lighting, offering a vibrant yet intimate atmosphere that reflects the brand's evolving personality.
"With the response we received in BKC, we realised that people weren't just looking for another restaurant or bar, they were looking for a place they could keep coming back to," says Mayank Bhatt, Founder, All In Hospitality.
He shares, "Goregaon felt like the natural next step because it has an incredibly vibrant community that appreciates good food and great drinks but lacks a taproom experience built with this level of intent. Our vision has always been to create spaces that celebrate India's culinary diversity while making craft beer and cocktails more approachable. This outlet allows us to continue building that culture."
"Our beers are brewed to be enjoyed with food, not compete with it," adds Chaitanya Khanapure, Founder, Managing Partner & Brewmaster, Igloo Craft Beers. "Every beer has a distinct personality, whether it's the crispness of the Konkan Rice Lager or the fruit-forward character of Mumbai Daze. As we expand HyLo Taproom, we're equally excited about helping grow Mumbai's appreciation for craft beer and creating spaces where beer becomes part of the dining conversation."
With this latest launch, HyLo Taproom by Igloo continues to redefine Mumbai's taproom culture by combining regional Indian cuisine, innovative cocktails, award-winning craft beers and thoughtful hospitality into a seamless dining experience rooted in authenticity.
