Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West Appoints Chef Sohail Karimi as Executive Chef

Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West has appointed Chef Sohail Karimi as its new Executive Chef. With more than 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Sohail brings extensive culinary expertise to the property.

Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading hospitality groups including IHCL, Marriott International, IHG, and Radisson. His experience covers fine dining, banquets, menu planning and developing new culinary concepts.

At Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West, Chef Sohail will oversee the hotel's culinary operations, lead menu development and work with the kitchen team to create fresh and engaging dining experiences for guests.
