Conrad Pune Appoints Siddhartha Tripathi as Director of Food and Beverage

Conrad Pune has appointed Siddhartha Tripathi as Director of Food and Beverage. He will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations across its restaurants, bars and events, focusing on guest experience, operational efficiency, team development and business growth.

Tripathi brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in restaurant operations, events and team management. Before joining Conrad Pune, he was Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. He has also held leadership positions at JW Marriott Pune and The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.

In his new role, Tripathi will work with the hotel’s culinary, sales and marketing teams to strengthen its dining and events portfolio. His focus will include improving dining experiences, increasing guest engagement, identifying revenue opportunities and maintaining service standards across operations.
