
A chef with a midas touch, celebrity chef Sabayasachi Gorai or Saby as he is popularly known as has always proved himself differently and ahead of the food sector when it comes to experimenting with a new cuisine or a format. 
During the pandemic when restaurant business has come to halt, Saby has launched Saby’s Deli- Soulful Decadence, a gourmet, fine quality food cooked personally by him.

“It was for the survival and taking care of other employees, second my passion for handmade food and gourmet meals,” shared Saby who can’t sit idle and thoroughly enjoy cooking for others, seeing happy faces gives him a great high and confidence.
The dishes are cooked at home kitchen in very hygienic conditions and the produce are mechanically processed (untouched by human hands) at top-notch facilities in the USA/ Scandinavian Countries. It is then vacuum packed and transported frozen through cold chain.

Some of the food prepared fresh at his kitchen is; Icelandic salmon steak, Roasted salmon head, Chipotle crusted roast USA Chicken leg and thigh, Penne arrabbiata to name a few that are moderately priced anywhere between Rs 350- Rs 800.
He is also doing freshly baked patisserie, cookies and cream and also his favourite “Mason Jar” liquor cake.

There is no minimum order value; you can place orders by 4 PM for following day delivery. They are also taking home party orders and bulk bookings.
