SPS Realty has signed Bikanervala for its flagship commercial project, Helios, located on VIP Road in Zirakpur, as the developer continues to expand the food and beverage offerings at the mixed-use destination.
The upcoming outlet will serve Bikanervala's range of Indian sweets, snacks and dining options, adding another established food brand to the project's retail portfolio. The outlet is expected to cater to residents, businesses and visitors from Zirakpur and nearby areas.
