Gurgaon’s dining and nightlife scene welcomes BIANCHI, a contemporary European social house founded by Dhruv Chawla, known for Barbits & Pals and Kikli.
Designed around atmosphere, culture and connection, BIANCHI brings together gastronomy, mixology, music and hospitality in a setting that encourages guests to linger beyond the conventional dining experience.
“With BIANCHI, we wanted to create more than just another place to eat and drink — we wanted to create a feeling. After the love for Barbits & Pals and Kikli, BIANCHI is our most ambitious project. It’s a paradise where you can rejuvenate, indulge, and celebrate. We’ve brought the best talent together to make sure Gurgaon has a true go-to party destination that gets better every day,” added Chawla.
Positioned as a destination for culinary indulgence, cocktails and social gatherings, BIANCHI follows a philosophy of romantic hospitality, with experiences that evolve through the day. From leisurely daytime dining to evening aperitivos, dinner and cocktails, the space is designed to accommodate different moods and occasions.
BIANCHI’s interiors transition with the rhythm of the day, moving from a relaxed, architectural daytime atmosphere to a darker, cinematic setting in the evening.
The culinary programme spans Turkish and Mediterranean, contemporary Asian, modern European and Indian flavours, bringing together diverse influences through a menu centred on fire, flavour and sharing. Leading the kitchen is Chef Gokhan, an eighth-generation Ottoman cuisine head chef and gold medal-winning pizza maker in Indonesia. With more than 20 years of experience across JW Marriott and InterContinental properties in Turkey, Indonesia, Montenegro, Japan and China, he brings an international perspective to BIANCHI’s culinary offering.
The menu features signature experiences such as the Ember Trolley, where dishes are finished over glowing embers at the table, alongside Chef Gokhan’s Anatolian Grill, Saray Lamb and Chicken Beyti. Other highlights include wood-fired pizza sandwiches, handmade pasta, risotto, sushi and Indian classics reinterpreted through BIANCHI’s culinary approach. Live-fire cooking, robata techniques and tableside finishes add an element of theatre to the dining experience.
At BIANCHI, the cocktail programme is designed as an experience in its own right, incorporating smoke, scent, fire and tableside rituals. Supported by curated cocktail menus, experiential tables and themed nights, the bar focuses on combining mixology with presentation and atmosphere. Mixologists Jeet Rana and Chirag lead the drinks experience, adding to the venue’s emphasis on craft and creative expression.
The approach reflects BIANCHI’s belief that luxury extends beyond aesthetics to how a guest feels, engages and remembers an experience. With its combination of global cuisine, experiential cocktails, immersive interiors and a hospitality-led approach, BIANCHI aims to establish itself as a destination for dining, celebrations and nightlife in Gurgaon.
