Banaraswala-Ghat se GharTak, a groundbreaking new venture, a brand born out of deep reverence for deeply rooted and vibrant culinary traditions of Banaras (Varanasi), opened their first outlet in Ghaziabad.

In order to replicate the hustle and bustle of Banaras' streets, Banaraswala's initial location in Ghaziabad will have a full-fledged experience with vibrant traditional décor and live chaat kiosks. The brand, which occupies more than 2000 to 4000 square feet, offers the traditional Banarasi Paan, the spirit of Banaras on a plate, luxurious Malaiyyo, Jalebi & Rabdi, Lassi & Thandai, Tamatar Chaat, Alloo Chaat, Dahi Bhalla, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Puchka, Samosa, and Kachoris.

Vibhanshu Mishra, Founder and CEO of Banaraswala, shares, "Banaras is more than a place—it's an emotion, a culture, and a way of life.
