Andaz Delhi Appoints Siddhant Arora as Director of Food & Beverage

Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt, has appointed Siddhant Arora as Director of Food & Beverage, adding a hospitality professional with close to a decade of experience to its F&B leadership team.

Arora has worked across Hilton, Conrad and IHCL’s Taj Group, where he handled multi-outlet food and beverage operations, revenue management and team development across large hospitality properties. His experience also includes pre-openings, renovations and large-scale event execution.

In his new role, Arora will oversee the hotel’s F&B strategy, with responsibilities spanning dining concepts, revenue performance, operational standards and service delivery. He will also work with the culinary teams on new launches and on developing a performance-focused F&B operation.
