Anardana has expanded its presence in Noida with the opening of its largest outlet to date in Sector 50. The new restaurant is the brand’s 14th outlet and follows its existing presence in Sector 129, as the modern Indian dining brand continues to expand across North India.
Founded in 2018, Anardana has built its restaurant network around contemporary Indian cuisine and has now increased its presence in Noida with a larger-format outlet that combines an expanded menu with a more elaborate interior concept.
The Sector 50 restaurant features a contemporary Indian design approach, with curved forms, terracotta flooring, timber elements, natural stone, lattice screens and handcrafted finishes. A double-height central space and bar form the main architectural elements, while raised seating areas and interconnected dining zones create separate sections within the restaurant.
The new menu introduces a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian additions include In Pulled Jackfruit Cannelloni, featuring ghee-roasted pulled jackfruit, cannelloni and saffron cream sauce. The non-vegetarian menu includes Butter Chicken Gujiya, Malai Chicken Roulade, Achari Chicken Breast, Lamb Ragout Sambusa and Mutton Goli Kebab. The dessert selection includes Rasgulla Tiramisu, combining rasgulla with coffee, rum, mascarpone and cacao.
Shruti Malik, Founder, Anardana, said, "The launch of our Noida Sector 50 restaurant is a defining milestone for Anardana as we open our 14th outlet and our largest flagship destination yet. Noida has always been an important market for us, and the love we've received at our Sector 129 outlet gave us the confidence to deepen our presence in the city. With this flagship, we wanted to create more than just a restaurant, we've built a destination that celebrates modern Indian hospitality through elevated design, warm service, and a culinary experience that is both innovative and rooted in tradition. We look forward to welcoming guests to experience the next chapter of Anardana. We’ve always grown with our guests, and this is our biggest outlet because they asked for more of Anardana. The Sector 50 restaurant is about giving people a larger space to celebrate, an upgraded menu to explore, and a design that feels rooted yet new. Food and architecture come together here to create something memorable.”
The Sector 50 opening expands Anardana’s presence in Noida and represents the brand’s move towards larger-format restaurants that combine dining, menu development and interior design as part of its expansion strategy.
