Ahuja Residences Names Medha Tiwari as Chief Business Officer for Hotel Division

Ahuja Residences has appointed Medha Tiwari as Chief Business Officer – Hotel Division as the hospitality company strengthens its leadership team and commercial operations.

Tiwari brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality, with expertise spanning sales, marketing, revenue management, business development and strategic partnerships. Her previous experience includes roles with Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Apeejay Surendra Park Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, ITC Hotels, The Lalit and Grand Hyatt Delhi.

Her experience includes revenue generation, team management, pre-opening sales and marketing, strategic partnerships and customer acquisition. She has also worked across digital marketing, revenue and inventory management and business development.

Tiwari holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources and has completed executive programmes in Strategic Hospitality Management and Strategic Pricing from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

At Ahuja Residences, she will oversee the commercial strategy for the Hotel Division, with responsibilities covering revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
