JW Marriott Pune’s specialty vegetarian restaurant Shakahari unveils its latest South Indian fare. The new menu will showcase a lavish spread based on authentic and popular favorites from South India. Curated by Maharaj Jai Kishen, this menu will have guests enjoy carefully handcrafted dishes infused with flavours from South India.

Shakahari’s new menu offers a variety of handpicked, fresh ingredients that showcase age-old recipes and bring out diverse flavors right from fresh coconut to the tangy taste of tamarind. Guests will be served a plethora of flavours from the southern belt of India, ranging from coconut based Avial to the traditional Paruppu Curry and the scrumptious Malabar Paratha. A sweet treat awaits at the Mishthan Bhandar, where guests will relish the delectable Payasam.

Also, the silver thali at Shakahari will continue to serve the guests their favourite Rajasthani menu offering a delightful selection put together by Maharaj Jai Kishen’s team. The menu comprises of dishes such as Ker Sangri keKofte, Subz Panchmel and Dal Batti Churma that will surely entice guests to return to this culinary journey.
