With an interesting panel discussion on home chefs taking on the world and a fun biryani galette cook off, regional marrying contemporary, this new line brings out the true Indian gourmet with offerings such as Chicken Cafreal with Veg Crudites and Akhrot Aioli, Biryani Parmesan Galette with Achaari Watermelon and Tahini Raita, Rasagulla Chaat with Crispy Roti, Desi Ratatouille Makhni with Onion Pulao, Pan-Seared Basa in Nilgiri Masala with Lemon Peanut Rice and many more.

The 'Haute Chef cook-off' was an absolute riot where 20 participants competed to win a weekend stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, known for offering a genuine experience of elegant French luxury and the best of local culture in the heart of Mumbai.
In addition to the luxurious stay winner will also get a week long supply of Haute Chef Boxes and a fabulous Victorinox knife set as well. Judged by the MasterChef himself, Chef Ranveer cheered and mentored the participants as they cooked with the signature Biryani Galette with Achaari Watermelon and Tahini Raita Haute Chef kit.
