Broaster Chicken partners with Chef Harpal Sokhi for chef special menu

The US based Broaster Chicken has roped in Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi to offer chef special menu.

Famously known as ‘Energy Chef of India’, Chef Harpal will share his secret marinades for his flagship product “Happy Fried Chicken”.

Turban Tadka chef will also create magic with other items like Andrachillli burger, gulabjamun filled muffin and a few more.

The menu will be served in Broaster Chicken’s first outlet opening at Versova in Mumbai.

The ‘Pint’ format outlet will offer other delicacies like black burgers, Punjabi pastas, black pepper chicken, palagtod, chulbul soda and many more interesting comfort food items.

Broaster Chicken will also be served in ‘pint’ outlets opening at Pune, Kolkata and Surat in next 3 months.

“Broaster Chicken is a culture in US and is famous in over 36 countries. The fact that it utilizes lesser oil then other fried chicken and retain more moisture makes it very juicy and we are sure that with Chef Harpal’s twists, it will be a hit in Indian market”, said Karan Tanna, CEO , Yellow Tie Hospitality Management LLP (YTH) , that owns the exclusive license for Broaster Chicken in India.

Adding about his partnership, Chef Sokhi shared, “Many international brands have come and have made a mark in India. With a value proposition that Broaster offers, and given the fact that it uses technology (patent pressure fryer) to be a differentiator product, makes it a winner”.
