The Artiste Kochi Appoints Jihan Jaleel as General Manager

The Artiste Kochi, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has appointed Jihan Jaleel as its General Manager, bringing more than two decades of hospitality experience across hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience and organisational transformation.

Jaleel began her career with Marriott at Courtyard By Marriott, the first Marriott hotel in Kerala, and later held leadership roles at properties including Kochi Marriott Hotel and Taj Malabar. Her decade-long association with Marriott International included operational leadership responsibilities as well as pre-opening and renovation projects.

She has also received industry recognition, including the BW Hotelier South Zone Executive Housekeeper Award and a Top Five Finalist recognition in the Housekeeper Category at the Hotelier Awards. Her experience includes managing room profitability, food and beverage performance, guest satisfaction and talent retention.

In her new role at The Artiste Kochi, Jaleel will oversee hotel operations, guest experience, talent development and overall business performance.
