Signoff Brings Agentic AI to Juniper Hotels’ Nine Properties in India

Signoff has launched its Enterprise Agentic AI Intelligence Platform, with Juniper Hotels Limited becoming its first large-scale enterprise customer in the hospitality sector. The platform will be deployed across nine properties in India.

The platform is designed to bring data from different hotel systems into a single decision-support layer. For hospitality operations, this includes property management, reservations, revenue management, guest feedback, finance and market intelligence systems.

Rather than focusing only on historical reporting, the platform uses AI agents to analyse operational, financial and market data, identify potential outcomes and recommend actions. It is designed to work with existing enterprise applications without requiring hotels to replace their current technology systems.

For Juniper Hotels, the deployment is intended to provide leadership teams with a consolidated view of operational, financial and market performance across its nine properties. The system will also support predictive analysis and recommendations for business decisions.

Founded in December 2025 by Sankalp Saxena, Sricharan Sundaram, Toshik Agarwal and Satyam Garg, Signoff has begun its commercial operations with hospitality as its first industry focus. The company said it has already deployed its platform across hotels in India and plans to expand into other sectors.
