Pilibhit House, Haridwar – IHCL SeleQtions has introduced a new global vegetarian menu at its rooftop restaurant, The Terrace, to mark the venue’s first anniversary. Rooted in the sattvik philosophy of mindful living and soulful nourishment, the property continues to redefine the idea of conscious luxury on the banks of the Ganges.

Set in a century-old aristocratic mansion, Pilibhit House blends spiritual heritage with modern sophistication, offering experiences inspired by the Purusharthas—the four pillars of life and purpose.

The Terrace’s new menu brings together Mediterranean and Pan-Asian influences, with dishes such as Black Rice Risotto, Vietnamese Curry, and handcrafted garden vegetable pizzas. New additions include delicate dim sums, sour pepper soup with timru and Himalayan greens, and wholesome Buddha Bowls and Ramen, offering a nourishing global dining experience.

The refreshed culinary program is led by Chef Rohit Dubey and Chef Udai Chandra Pandit, who emphasize innovation and ingredient authenticity. Using local Himalayan produce like jakhiya seeds and bhangjeera oil, the chefs continue to elevate vegetarian gastronomy in Haridwar, staying true to Pilibhit House’s ethos of mindful indulgence and refined simplicity.
