The St. Regis Goa Resort has unveiled the newly reimagined ‘Susegado – The Coastal Indian Kitchen’ opened in October 2025. Nestled on the pristine shores of South Goa, Susegado invites guests to embark on a curated journey through the flavours, stories, and rhythms of India’s expansive coastline.

Its refreshed culinary identity celebrates the vibrant flavours of India’s coastal states blending the peppery spice of Chettinad, the coconut-rich delicacies of Malabar, the smoky grills of the Konkan, and Goa’s own soulful classics. Each dish tells a story, inspired by heritage recipes and reimagined with a modern touch.

The setting mirrors this evolution. The restaurant combines rustic textures with coastal elegance a perfect backdrop for leisurely meals that echo the rhythm of the sea. Adding to its charm is Susegado Sundowners, a new Saturday ritual celebrating the Goan sunset. Beginning at golden hour, guests can sip inventive coastal cocktails from kokum-kissed feni creations to tropical rum mixes and spice garden-inspired botanicals paired with curated small plates and live music.
