With more than 14 years of experience in hospitality operations, guest relations, and front office management, Harish Kumar has joined Sayaji Hotel Wakad as Front Office Manager. His appointment comes as the property continues to focus on operational efficiency and guest service management in Pune’s growing business travel market.

Before joining Sayaji Pune, Harish Kumar was associated with Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi Delhi NCR as Assistant Front Office Manager. During his tenure, he handled front office operations, room inventory planning, guest engagement initiatives, and upselling strategies aimed at improving operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Over the course of his career, Kumar has worked with several hospitality brands across India and the Middle East, including Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug, Wyndham Grand Regency Doha, InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, and ITC Kakatiya. His experience includes guest services, revenue management, team supervision, crisis handling, and front office administration.

A Bachelor of Hotel Management graduate from Osmania University, Kumar received the Second Prize for Academic Excellence during his academic tenure. He is also experienced in Opera PMS, OTA management systems, guest feedback platforms, and luxury hospitality service operations.
