Restaurant India News: Patio 57 Brings a Relaxed South Goa-Inspired Dining Experience to Vile Parle

Patio 57 has opened in Vile Parle, bringing a relaxed South Goa-inspired dining experience to Mumbai. Conceptualised as a space where guests can unwind and spend unhurried time, the restaurant focuses on creating a warm and familiar atmosphere that blends food, drinks, and ambience seamlessly.

Designed to stand apart from the fast-paced nature of the neighbourhood, Patio 57 offers an easygoing setting where afternoons transition naturally into evenings. The space features earthy tones, natural textures, and a soothing palette of sage, mocha, pearl, and sun-washed neutrals. Open layouts, shared tables, soft lighting, and comfortable seating further enhance the laid-back experience, encouraging guests to linger longer.

The restaurant’s menu features 57 curated dishes inspired by coastal and Goan flavours with a contemporary twist. Highlights include Patatas Bravas 57, Thecha Corn Toast, Kokum Hummus, Prawn Balchao Bowl, Lamb Birria Taco, and Serradura & Churros. The food menu is complemented by a beverage programme that moves from specialty coffees and matcha-based drinks during the day to signature cocktails in the evening. Offerings such as the Coconut Cardamom Latte, Mango Coconut Matcha Float, Kokum Matcha Cooler, Kokum Margarita, Mango Picante, Coastal G&T, and Chai Old Fashioned aim to create a slow and social dining experience where food and drinks are designed for sharing and relaxed conversations.
