Restaurant India News: Noormahal Palace, Karnal Welcomes Manish Sharma as Executive Chef

Noormahal Palace, Karnal has appointed Chef Manish Sharma as its new Executive Chef. He brings over two decades of experience working with leading luxury hotels across India.

In his new role, Chef Manish will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations. He will manage menus, lead kitchen teams, source ingredients, and curate dining experiences across restaurants, the bar, in-room dining, and large events. Chef Manish began his career at The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur. He has since worked with hospitality brands such as the Taj Group, Sheraton Udaipur, and Radisson Blu Udaipur.

Welcoming him to the team, Colonel Manbeer Choudhary, CMD, Noormahal Group, said, “At Noormahal, we believe memorable experiences are built through craftsmanship, service, and attention to detail. Noormahal Palace, Karnal is known for its Mughal and Rajputana-style architecture, Venetian details, and modern amenities. The palace features luxury suites, dining venues, and large spaces for weddings, events, and business retreats in the Delhi NCR region.
