Nisaki has launched Pinkanté, a gin-based ready-to-drink cocktail inspired by the classic Picante. This marks the brand’s entry into the RTD cocktail segment.
Pinkanté is made using Nisaki Gin and features a blend of pineapple, jalapeño, coriander, lemon, salt, and a signature spice mix. The cocktail is crafted in small batches and is designed to be served chilled over ice.
With a distinctive fuchsia colour, Pinkanté offers a balance of sweet and spicy flavours, combining tropical notes with heat and citrus freshness. The cocktail requires no preparation and can be poured directly over ice.
"With Pinkanté, we wanted to capture the craft and soul of a cocktail without taking away the ritual of enjoying it," says Sanchit Agarwal, Founder of Nisaki Gin. Pinkanté is currently available only in Goa and is priced at ₹1,999 for a 750 ml bottle.
