Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City has launched Madras Kitchen, a new dining concept focused on South India’s regional cuisine, blending traditional flavors with contemporary culinary techniques. The restaurant, located within the luxury five-star setting of Marriott Executive Apartments, aims to offer guests a refined and culturally immersive dining experience.

Madras Kitchen draws inspiration from the culinary heritage of the Madras Presidency, reinterpreting classic recipes from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana for modern diners. The menu emphasizes age-old recipes, heirloom flavors, and contemporary presentation. Signature offerings include Chrompet Kozhi 65 with Karuvepillai Sour Cream, Pogabeṭṭina Mettani Vaṅkāya with Crusty Thatte Idli, and Sagubiyam Pradaman with Mysore Mille Feuille, representing a blend of traditional taste profiles and modern plating techniques.

The restaurant is designed to cater to both family gatherings and professional meals, providing an environment that combines elegant interiors with cultural storytelling. It aims to attract global travelers, local gastronomes, and cultural enthusiasts seeking authentic South Indian cuisine in a premium setting.

Complementing the dining experience, The Bar at Madras Kitchen features signature cocktails and beverages inspired by South Indian flavors and Bengaluru’s vibrant urban energy. The menu includes creations such as the Garden City Fizz, Silicon Sling, and Malabar Monsoon, each crafted to reflect local ingredients and regional flavor profiles. The bar offers an environment suitable for casual meet-ups, social gatherings, or celebratory occasions, with a focus on premium presentation and innovation in mixology.
