Restaurant India News: ITC Hotels Limited Inks an Agreement for its Second Fortune Hotel in Lucknow

ITC Hotels Limited continues to expand its presence in North India with a new agreement for a hotel in Lucknow under its Fortune Hotels portfolio. 

With this signing, ITC Hotels Ltd. expands its footprint in Uttar Pradesh to seven operational properties, with six more in the pipeline.
Strategically located on the Lucknow–Kanpur Road, the upcoming hotel will offer convenient access to both cities. Designed to cater to rising demand, it will serve business travelers, pilgrimage tourists, MICE events, and the growing destination wedding market in the region.

Sharing insights on the signing, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “Lucknow is a city that beautifully blends tradition with modernity. Fortune Select Lucknow will offer 93 contemporary rooms and an array of dining options, including a multi-cuisine restaurant, a rooftop venue with panoramic city views, and a stylish bar. Guests can enjoy versatile banquet spaces along with wellness amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and spa—making it an attractive choice for both travellers and locals.

Opening in 2026, the hotel will deliver thoughtfully designed stays, efficient service, and Fortune Hotels’ signature hospitality. In Lucknow, Fortune Hotels already operates Fortune Park BBD on Rana Pratap Marg and has another property coming up in Ayodhya, alongside operational hotels in Aligarh, Ghaziabad, and Noida.
