
Delhi’s food and nightlife scene has a new addition with the launch of IKI & GAI at Sangam Courtyard, RK Puram. The all-day diner and bar combine global comfort food with well-crafted cocktails in a single, day-to-night format.
The venture is led by Sarthak Batra and his uncle Vikrant Batra, bringing together two generations of hospitality experience. Spread across 1,000 sq. ft., the space transitions from a relaxed daytime café to a lively evening destination.
The food menu at IKI is shaped by Vikrant Batra’s three-and-a-half decades in the industry, which features global dishes. Highlights include Asparagus Salad, Edamame Soup, Salmon Tataki, Cauliflower Steak, artisanal pastas like Al Ragu, pizzas such as Contadina, and desserts including Coffee Cream Toast.
"Food is at the heart of every great evening," says Vikrant Batra, Co-founder, IKI & GAI. "At IKI, we focus on flavour, fun, and sharing. Our goal is to create dishes that match the energy of the room, whether it’s a lively night with friends or a quiet afternoon catching up over lunch.”
The bar, GAI, curated by Sarthak, focuses on classic cocktails made with precision, including Picante, Paloma and Espresso Martini, alongside signature creations such as Dadi Issues and Brush Hour.
“For me, GAI is about sparking curiosity in every sip. We wanted to create cocktails that are strong, playful, and unpretentious, just like the evenings we imagine here," shares Sarthak Batra, Co-founder, IKI & GAI.
By day, IKI & GAI offers a calm, sunlit setting ideal for coffee and casual meals. In the evening, the venue comes alive with music, cocktails and a social atmosphere, positioning it as a new go-to spot for relaxed dining and nightlife in South Delhi.
