Hilton Jaipur has appointed Chef Tapeswar Jana as its new Executive Chef. With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Tapeswar brings creativity, leadership, and a strong track record of culinary excellence to his new role.

He has previously worked with leading hotel brands such as ITC Hotels, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels, before joining Hilton six years ago. During his time with Hilton, he has led kitchens at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji, DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Arpora, and DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer, earning recognition for his innovative approach and team leadership.

His appointment highlights Hilton’s commitment to growing talent from within. Chef Tapeswar is also known for his focus on sustainability, with initiatives to reduce food waste, use locally sourced ingredients, and promote eco-friendly kitchen practices in line with Hilton’s Travel with Purpose ESG program.

At Hilton Jaipur, Chef Tapeswar will oversee all culinary operations, introducing menus that combine global influences with local flavors. He aims to elevate the hotel’s dining experience and sees outdoor catering as a key growth area in the Jaipur market. His goal is to position Hilton Jaipur as a leading culinary destination built on innovation, sustainability, and guest-centric dining.
