Hilton has appointed Innu Lama as Cluster Learning & Development Manager for its Bengaluru portfolio, covering multiple properties including Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village. The move reflects an increased focus on workforce capability and service delivery across large hotel clusters.

Innu Lama brings experience in learning and development across both hospitality and healthcare sectors. She was most recently associated with Conrad Bengaluru as Learning & Development Manager, where she managed leadership training programmes, onboarding frameworks, and compliance-focused learning systems.

Her previous roles include positions at Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, and Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, where she worked across operations, training, and quality assurance. Her responsibilities included improving service standards, implementing quality controls, and supporting team performance across departments.

In her new role, Lama will oversee the learning and development strategy for the cluster, with a focus on leadership pipeline development, talent progression, and strengthening service culture. She will also lead the rollout of training programmes aligned with Hilton’s operational standards, while ensuring compliance readiness and consistency across properties.

The appointment highlights the growing importance of structured learning frameworks in large hotel operations. As hospitality companies scale across multiple properties within a single market, cluster-level roles are becoming critical to maintain service consistency, reduce attrition, and align teams with brand standards.
