‘Dramique’ India’s first theatrical culinary destination to open doors on 19th September at New Delhi. Dramique is not just a venue—it’s a performance, a moment, a story with the guest at its center. Born from a desire to reimagine the night out, it takes cues from global icons like Lío Ibiza and The Theatre Dubai yet carves out a world entirely its own.

Conceived by Creative Director Samir Sehgal, Dramique offers a bold and indulgent departure from conventional luxury. The space is part velvet dreamscape, part theatre set. Inside, 97–105 guests dine beneath a ceiling that pulses with light and narrative, while another 50–60 enjoy an equally intimate patio. Jewel-toned textures, mirrored panels, sculptural lighting, and a stage that reveals itself in time—all add to an experience where transitions blur: dinner flows into performance, performance into after-hours revelry. 

The menu mirrors this rhythm—elegant, deliberate, and unfolding like acts in a play. Rooted in contemporary European cuisine with delicate Asian touches, each dish surprises with texture, builds in flavor, and plates like poetry. Guests may choose the chef tastes menu or explore à la carte, with a complete evening for two—including drinks and performance—priced around INR 10,000. 

The culinary journey evolves with the night: sharing plates, skewers, baos, fried chicken, and flatbreads arrive playful and comforting, before transitioning into a late-night menu designed to carry the revelry well past midnight. This layered progression makes Dramique one of the top five experiences in India for those seeking the unforgettable.

At the bar, mixology becomes performance. Cocktails—sometimes smoked, sometimes silent, always surprising—are crafted as emotional expressions of desire, nostalgia, and delight. Each is its own moment, while the wine list, curated by award-winning sommeliers, reads like a global love letter to the rare, the soulful, and the undiscovered.

“At Dramique, we’re reimagining cocktails with bold, Asian-inspired flavours and a global twist. My time in Thailand taught me the art of balance and creativity behind the bar – lessons that shape every drink I craft here. Dramique is all set to launch on 19th of September with an exclusive soft opening, which will lead to a grand unveiling weekend. The venue will operate from Wednesday to Sunday, with the first slot of seating starting at 7:00 PM and the final slot of seating at 10:00 PM.
