Crimson Hotels has announced the appointment of Sheetal Thakur as the Human Resources Manager for The Aaureum Resorts and International Convention Centre, Bhilwara. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Sheetal has worked with prominent hotel brands including Club Mahindra, Ramada by Wyndham, Fern Hotels, and Clarks-Inn Suites, gaining expertise in recruitment, training, employee engagement, and policy development.

At The Aaureum, Sheetal will manage all human resource functions, from pre-opening operations to establishing long-term people practices. Her responsibilities will include setting up robust HR systems, building a motivated workforce, and fostering a workplace culture focused on teamwork, growth, and consistent guest service standards.
