Restaurant India News: Bastian to Set Up World-class Dining Destination at GIFT City’s Central Park, Gandhinagar

GIFT City, India’s first operational smart city and International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) have announced the entry of Bastian Hospitality, one of India’s leading premium F&B groups, into Gujarat with its flagship dining and lifestyle destination, Bastian Republic, at GIFT City’s Central Park.

Spanning one lakh sq. ft., Bastian Republic will anchor the park’s food zone, marking a key milestone in expanding GIFT City’s social and lifestyle ecosystem. Developed as part of Phase 1 of Central Park, the food zone will feature public plazas, event areas, jogging and cycling tracks, and lively community spaces — reinforcing GIFT City’s vision of creating a world-class urban hub where business, living, and leisure come together seamlessly.
