Fly Chicken, a Norwegian fast-casual dining sensation is poised to transform the fried chicken scene in India with the debut of its first quick-service restaurant (QSR) in Hyderabad.

Launched in 2018, Fly Chicken has recently named the Nordic Council of Shopping Centers' (NCSC) 2024 Norwegian Commercial Player of the Year. Fly Chicken, which is well-known for its strong flavors, excellent quality, and lively ambiance, is prepared to serve its famous pressure-fried chicken with a dash of chill vibes.

Award-winning Chef Sanjiv Mediratta, who have previously worked with McDonald's, Yum Restaurants, and Café Coffee Day, has skillfully localized the menu to suit Indian tastes while maintaining the brand's identity. Fly Chicken's Asia Chairman Sandeep Kohli is a pioneer of the Indian QSR industry, and his visionary leadership and extensive experience as the "godfather" of franchising will propel the brand's growth.
