
DJRS Hospitality has announced the launch of Soi Wasabi, a new cloud kitchen revolutionizing Asian dining in Mumbai.
Led by Peruvian Chef Nicolas Madueño, known for his expertise in luxury restaurants worldwide, Soi Wasabi promises to deliver authentic Asian flavors and gourmet experiences to your doorstep.

Some of their must-have delicacies include Fusion Maki Rolls (Uramaki) like Shades in the Ocean (featuring crunchy fried roll, eel, avocado, salmon, tuna, hamachi, crab stick), innovative Mame Nori Roll (with avocado, pickled cucumber & carrot, cream cheese), and Avocado Crunch (featuring tempura fried avocado, fresh sliced jalapeno, balsamic caviar, guacamole).
For ramen enthusiasts, Soi Wasabi offers one-of-a-kind ramen kits that give customers to create the perfect blend for their meal.
The menu also boasts Asian appetizers like Karage Podi (crisp chicken with yuzu honey and gunpowder), Soi Yakitori (chicken thighs marinated in yum sauce and grilled to perfection), and Pan Seared Gyoza (juicy chicken gyoza served with scallion garlic dip).
