Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Gachibowli has appointed Chef Amit Kumar Dash as its Executive Chef.

Dash has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry and holds a diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from IIHM, Kolkata along with BBA in the Tourism and Hospitality industry from Vishwa Bharati Shantiniketan and a BA in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh, UK.

He encompasses expertise in handling kitchen operations, achieving guest satisfaction and team management.

During the last 13 years, Dash has grown from being a Jr. Sous Chef-Chef In-charge to being the Executive Chef. He has been previously associated with Courtyard by Marriott at Mumbai International Airport, Courtyard by Marriott, The Taj Connemara and ITC Hotel Park Sheraton Towers in Chennai.
