Chef Vikas Seth is a food-forward chef celebrated for his exceptional ability to blend age-old culinary techniques with global ingredients, inspired by his travels across Mexico, India, Dubai, Southeast Asia, and Europe. His cooking is deeply personal, often reflecting his food stories and the culturally rich roots of his hometown, Amritsar. An alumnus of IHM Mumbai, Chef Seth further honed his advanced culinary skills at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America. With an impressive career spanning over three decades, his journey began in the culinary power corridors of Taj Mahal Palace, Colaba, Mumbai, followed by stints with Celebrity Cruises and Princess Cruises. Over the years, he has gone on to lead and shape a series of thematic dining destinations, including Sanchez and Sriracha, while also curating bespoke gourmet experiences through Zest Bespoke Catering, among many others. His significant contributions to India’s gastronomic landscape have earned him numerous prestigious recognitions. His profound understanding of the culinary landscape is reflected in two of his private books – The Modern Indian Odyssey, and Sanchez & Sriracha.
