Nachiket Shetye is a postgraduate from the Culinary Institute of America with over 20 years of global experience spanning culinary leadership, consulting, and business strategy. His career includes work with globally acclaimed restaurants such as Nobu, Per Se, and Penang (New York). He is the co-founder of Restaurant Week India (2010) and Cellar Door Hospitality, a bespoke culinary events and experiences agency. At Kytchens, Nachiket leads all culinary functions, including menu innovation, R&D, and training.
