Mukesh Tolani is the Co-Founder and Director of Toit, one of India’s leading craft beer
brands. He completed his schooling at Frank Anthony Public School and graduated from Christ
College, Bangalore. Mukesh began his professional career with Ernst & Young, where he spent
three years in the audit department before transitioning into the Food & Beverage industry
in 2003.
He started his entrepreneurial journey with a small ice cream distribution business,
followed by launching “Flavors” ice cream parlors in 2005, which he successfully ran for a
decade. In 2007, he founded the café brand Boca Grande in Koramangala, operating it for ten
years. In 2010, Mukesh co-founded Toit along with three other partners. Today, Toit operates
four outlets across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune, with a Hyderabad outlet slated to launch in
July 2026.
In 2021, he also spearheaded Toit’s beer distribution from the Nelamangala brewery,
expanding its presence to over 250 partner bars and 300+ MRP stores, further strengthening
the brand’s footprint in India’s craft beer market.
