Bikash Parik is the Founder of Green theory, Co-Founder of Practically Sobar, Klaa kitchen & Bar, Co-founder & CMO at DRIX. Over the past 15 years, Bikash has lived at the intersection of taste, experience, and storytelling. He has run restaurants in Bangalore and worked across every layer of India’s F&B ecosystem, from menus to marketing, from kitchen floors to consumer trends. In 2024, he also launched Practically Sobar, a space dedicated to zero-proof drinks, an exploration into the evolving world of functional, non-alcoholic beverages including sodas and zero-proof cocktails. Bikash has long been ahead of the curve. He founded Green Theory, Bangalore’s first gourmet vegetarian restaurant, well before plant-forward dining became mainstream. Today, he's also a partner at Klaa Kitchen, a refined Goan restaurant, and runs a creative studio that helps emerging F&B brands sharpen their identity and storytelling. Beyond hospitality, Bikash brings a layered and evolving understanding of the beverage industry to DRIX. Over the past decade, he has worked with multiple beverage brands across marketing, R&D, and strategy, helping them grows and adapt to India’s fast-changing consumer landscape. He also draws from personal legacy. Born in Darjeeling, with a family history tied to tea and beverage culture, his connection to this world runs deep. For him, beverages are not just a category; they are a medium of culture, ritual, and identity.
