With a career that spans marquee restaurant launches, design-led dining spaces, and trend-defining culinary concepts, he brings a rare blend of operational insight, creative foresight, and strategic clarity. Armed with a Master’s in Electronics and sharpened by a 6-year stint in financial and strategic consulting at KPMG, Anirudh’s entry into the food and beverage world was far from traditional. A self-taught F&B entrepreneur, he immersed himself in every detail, concept development, brand creation, design, staffing, finance, and guest experience, eschewing consultants in favour of hands-on, detail-driven execution.
