Drift Bar at The Westin Goa has reopened this October, marking its return to the state’s vibrant hospitality scene with a refreshed identity and a strong focus on inclusivity. Known for its elevated view over Anjuna’s lush canopy, the bar now re-emerges under the leadership of an all-women team of bartenders, chefs, and service professionals — a move that signals a new direction for Goa’s nightlife.

The revamped Drift Bar is reshaping the guest experience by blending local influences with contemporary innovation. Its new menu reflects this approach, offering dishes such as Xacuti Gyoza, Bhut Jolokia Chicken Wings, Pork Vindaloo Gyoza, and Bhakari Prawn Tacos — each showcasing regional flavours with modern flair.

On the beverage front, Drift Bar’s offerings highlight Goa’s local spirit culture with over 12 variants of Goan Gin and a comprehensive selection of Goan Feni infused with local spices.
