
Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel has appointed Pramod Chougale as its new Executive Chef. With over 15 years of experience across leading international hospitality brands, Chougale will lead the hotel’s culinary operations across multiple outlets.
In his new role, he will oversee kitchen operations, menu development, and culinary standards, bringing a strong focus on operational efficiency, innovation, and team leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Chougale served as Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Tiruchirappalli, where he led all culinary and food and beverage operations. His responsibilities included menu innovation, seasonal promotions, large-scale events, cost control, and compliance with Marriott International standards.
Chougale has previously held senior culinary leadership roles at Four Points by Sheraton, Ahmedabad; The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace; Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa; Kochi Marriott Hotel; Courtyard by Marriott, Hinjewadi; and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. His experience spans multi-outlet kitchen management, high-volume operations, and modern culinary practices.
