Pot Pot, a modern Indian dining concept rooted in traditional cooking practices, has opened its latest outlet at Phoenix Palladium in Mumbai. The restaurant offers a contemporary take on Indian cuisine, centred around the idea of cooking and serving food in pots.
The concept explores the “pot” in multiple forms—from traditional cooking vessels and terracotta serve ware to potlis associated with Indian street food, bringing together elements of culture, storytelling, and shared dining experiences.
The menu focuses on Indian comfort food with a creative twist. Chaat Potlis present familiar street favourites in a refined format, while Starter Pots and Main Pots feature slow-cooked dishes inspired by North Indian and coastal flavours. The meal ends with Sweet Pots, offering individually portioned desserts made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Sustainability remains a key focus, with dishes served in terracotta and glassware, along with packaging designed to be recyclable and reusable using locally sourced materials. The interiors reflect this philosophy, combining earthy textures and natural tones with a clean, contemporary Indian design to create a warm and understated dining space.
With its Mumbai debut, Pot Pot introduces a thoughtful and modern interpretation of Indian dining. The restaurant operates on a walk-in basis.
