Luma Fertility has partnered with Kitchen Garden by Suzette to launch The Fertility Table, positioned as India’s first fertility-focused dining menu, as conversations around reproductive health increasingly move beyond clinics and into everyday lifestyle choices.

The initiative reflects a growing view that fertility journeys often begin with nutrition, with plant-forward, balanced diets playing a role in supporting hormonal health, egg and sperm quality, and reducing inflammation.

Designed to translate medical guidance into approachable, comforting meals, the menu features seasonal, organic ingredients and simple preparations that promote gut health and overall reproductive wellbeing without feeling restrictive. Developed in collaboration with Luma’s medical experts, the dishes are rooted in evidence-based nutrition principles. Each item is accompanied by an information card explaining how specific ingredients support fertility, along with detailed ingredient and nutritional information to encourage informed, transparent choices.

Speaking about the collaboration, Neha K Motwani, Founder of Luma Fertility, said, “At Luma fertility, we take a holistic approach to women’s health and nutrition plays a vital role, especially during the fertility journey.
