Speaking about the collaboration Suraj Gupta, Founder of Fiori, shares, “ Every cup of matcha at Fiori comes from Yūzen Matcha, so this collaboration felt like a natural way to take that partnership further. With the omakase, we wanted to move beyond the cup and create an experience where guests can interpret the tea in a whole new light, with various preparation methods and flavor pairings.
