Restaurant India News: Eco Hotels Strengthens Board with Elevation of CFO Vikram Doshi

Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited have elevated Vikram Doshi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to its Board of Directors as Director (Finance), in recognition of his strategic leadership and significant contributions to the company’s financial and operational growth.

Based in Mumbai, Doshi has been with Eco Hotels for over two and a half years, during which he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial management and performance.

Commenting on the promotion, Vinod K. Tripathi, Executive Chairman of Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, said, “Vikram has been instrumental in steering Eco Hotels’ financial strategy with diligence and precision. His promotion to the Board reflects not only his expertise but also the trust and confidence he has earned over the years. With over 17 years of experience and prior roles at Nayara Energy, Ernst and Young Reliance ADAG and Mahajan & Aibara, Doshi brings deep expertise in finance, risk management, corporate restructuring, and compliance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary (with an 8th ran AIR) and is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee College.
