Restaurant India News: Café Swasthya Strengthens Delhi Presence with New Metro Station Outlet

Ayurvedic wellness café chain Café Swasthya has opened its fourth outlet at Gates 5 and 6 of Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on May 1, 2026. Built in a takeaway format, the new store aims to provide commuters with easy access to nutritious meals and Ayurvedic beverages within one of Delhi’s busiest metro stations.

Targeting daily officegoers and travellers, the outlet offers a selection of breakfast dishes, healthy snacks, bakery products, herbal drinks, masala chai, iced teas, hot chocolate, and buttermilk. The brand has also introduced updated pricing to make its offerings more accessible to a larger customer base.

Beyond its food menu, Café Swasthya is continuing its focus on Ayurvedic awareness by introducing interactive elements at the outlet. Customers can scan a QR code to learn about their Ayurvedic body type through a quick quiz, while the menu also simplifies traditional concepts such as Panchamahabhuta and Tridosha in both Hindi and English for everyday consumers.

Speaking about the launch, Akshi Khandelwal, Founder of Butterfly Ayurveda & Café Swasthya, said, “We have always believed that healthy and mindful food should be easily accessible in people’s everyday routines. Opening at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station gives us an opportunity to reach a diverse set of commuters and introduce them to simple, wholesome options rooted in Ayurveda without disrupting the convenience they look for in fast-moving spaces.”

With the launch of its fourth outlet, Café Swasthya continues to expand its presence across Delhi-NCR while focusing on approachable wellness, traditional ingredients, and convenient formats suited for modern lifestyles.
