Barbeque Nation, one of India’s most loved casual dining destinations, is set to bring a sizzling twist to its signature live-grill experience with Flames of Asia - a three-day pop-up that celebrates the vibrant and fiery flavours of the East.

From 17th to 19th October 2025, Barbeque Nation at Gaur City Mall, Noida, will host a special culinary event that celebrates innovation, bold flavours, and community spirit.

Curated in collaboration with Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, the creative mind behind several acclaimed Pan-Asian restaurants, including a Michelin Guide listing the event showcases his signature flair for fusion and flame-cooked perfection. Known for his inventive techniques and fearless approach to Asian flavours, Chef Bhargava brings a dynamic twist to Barbeque Nation’s iconic live grill experience.

The Flames of Asia menu reimagines the vibrant flavours of Japan, Korea, and Vietnam with Barbeque Nation’s signature style. Highlights include vegetarian creations like Korean Cottage Cheese with Gochujang Sauce, Grilled Mushrooms in Bulgogi Glaze, and Sesame Teriyaki Sweet Potato. Meat lovers can indulge in Chicken Yakitori, Mango Habanero Chicken Skewers, and Shiro Miso Chicken—each dish infused with smoky, spicy, and soulful notes that capture the essence of Asian grilling.
