Restaurant India News: Aspect Hospitality Revives OPA Kipos in Mumbai with a Grand Comeback

OPA Kipos, the iconic Dubai-based Greek fine-dining destination, has made a grand return in Mumbai under the banner of Aspect Hospitality Group, led by Executive Chairperson, Aksha Kamboj. Known for its immersive dining, vibrant performances, and signature plate-smashing rituals, OPA Kipos has opened in Worli.  

Spanning 6,500 sq. ft. and designed by Dubai-based Creative Clinic, OPA Kipos showcases Mediterranean-inspired interiors adorned with lush bougainvillea canopies, a VIP lounge, performance hall, and bar. The 130-seater restaurant blends architectural sophistication with lively theatrics, turning every visit into a vibrant sensory experience.

Curated by Executive Chef Timothy Newton, the menu celebrates Mediterranean flavours — from Mezze platters and Seabream Ceviche to the dramatic Flaming Lobster Linguine — complemented by a wide selection of vegetarian and Jain-friendly dishes. At the bar, signature cocktails like Olive Odyssey, Poseidon’s Mist, and Dionysus’ Smoke fuse Greek heritage with modern mixology.

Adding a unique cultural touch, OPA Kipos’ iconic plate-smashing ritual transforms moments of joy into purpose. The broken pieces are repurposed into mosaic art and décor through collaborations with local NGOs, supporting artisans and sustainable initiatives.
