The Kebab festival at Kangan showcases an array of Kebabs from the rugged belt of the North West where meat is devoured only if it has flavour. Combining all forms of ancient cooking techniques to get this menu a signature, they invite you to have a taste of variant flavours of traditional, hot, smoky and succulent kebabs like Hari mirch aur neembu key jhingey, Maas key Adraki Panjey, Khasta dahi key kebab, Khumbh Galouti , Kamal kakdi ki shammi , Murgh shikanja kebab and many more.
Vegetables, seafood and choicest meats are used to prepare the special kebab for the festival. The festival has different varieties of vegetarian and non-vegetarian mouth watering kebabs.
