Chins Bar, Coffee & Kitchen is set to open on Bengaluru’s Lavelle Road, bringing a 400-seater, three-floor destination that combines coffee, dining, cocktails, beer and music in an all-day format.
An evolution of Chinlung, Chins is designed to transition from daytime coffee and casual meals to lively evenings.
The venue will initially operate from 11 am to 1 am, with breakfast set to be introduced after the first month, extending operating hours to 8 am to 1 am.
“Chinlung has grown alongside Bengaluru, and the community we have built over the years means the most to us. With Chins, we wanted to carry that spirit forward while creating a contemporary all-day destination for coffee, food, cocktails and evenings with friends,” said Prajwal Lokesh, Managing Director, Chins Bar, Coffee & Kitchen.
The venue features a coffee bar on the ground floor, a dedicated dining space on the first floor and a bar on the third floor. Its multi-cuisine menu spans sushi, dim sum, bao, Asian favourites, Indian grills, coastal dishes, pizzas, pastas and comfort food. Highlights include Ponzu Butter Dimsum, Mushroom Katsu Bao, Thai Chilli Prawns, Chicken Sukka and Coastal Prawn Curry.
Coffee anchors the daytime experience, with the Victoria Arduino Eagle One NEO powering the coffee programme. As the day progresses, the bar takes centre stage with cocktails, spirits and beer, with drinks designed to complement the food and music.
Adding an interactive element is Finding Chins, a discovery-led concept featuring hidden mascot graphics, illustrations and objects across the venue, encouraging guests to explore the space beyond the dining experience.
With coffee, food and drinks across distinct spaces, Chins Bar, Coffee & Kitchen aims to offer Bengaluru a versatile destination that moves seamlessly from daytime catch-ups to late-night socialising.
